Right of withdrawal policy<\/h2>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance agreement, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, as attested to by the postmark.<\/p>\n

Costs for the return will be borne by the customer, who will have 14 days, starting from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer is also required to provide written notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to shop@very-v.eu.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned goods must be in perfect condition, unused, substantially intact, with the original seals and labels not removed and in the original wrappings.<\/p>\n

The shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer up until the receipt in our warehouse and compliance with the applicable conditions has been noted; Very-V s.r.l. may not be held liable in any way for theft\/loss\/damage of goods returned by uninsured shipments. <\/p>\n

The refund of the price of the product\/s for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal and, when applicable, of the delivery costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, or from the moment in which Very- V s.r.l. is informed of the customer’s intention to withdraw, or that it has received the goods or the consumer proves that the goods have been sent. <\/p>\n

N.B.: Under no circumstances can purchases made using a VAT number make use of the right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n

Methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal <\/h4>\n

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in the forms and methods established by law, and in particular sanctioned by Legislative Decree 206\/05 (and subsequent amendments), as well as by any modification or integration made by the regulations in force at the time of exercising the right to withdrawal. Any provision contained therein, when different from mandatory provisions of law, shall be considered non-applicable. Similarly, please refer to the law for anything not expressly indicated in these Conditions.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal pursuant to articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206\/05, as well as to articles 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of article 54, does not apply to foodstuffs present on the Very-V site, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. <\/p>\n

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written notice by e-mail to shop@very-v.eu, indicating:
i) the goods for which he\/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal,
ii) the delivery date as shown on the transport documents.
If the notice is properly made within 14 days of delivery, Very-V s.r.l. will provide the Customer written authorization to return the goods. The shipping charges will be borne by the Customer, and must reach Very-V within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

The refund of the price will be made using the same payment instrument used by the Customer.<\/p>\n

Any delay in the notice of the withdrawal, as well as any failure to or delay in making the return, or the return of products in conditions non-compatible with the exercise of the right of withdrawal, shall be grounds to void the procedure. In the event of any halt to the procedure due to the fault of the Customer, Very-V reserves the right to calculate the costs for any return of the products to the Customer. These expenses must be paid in advance. <\/p>\n
