This is a 100% Italian tomato-based sauce with soft and tasty vegetable meatballs. A vegan version of an old recipe from Southern Italy, known throughout the world as spaghetti sauce. Ideal with spaghetti and any other type of pasta. Pour directly onto freshly drained pasta, or sauté the pasta directly in the sauce. The sauce with meatballs is also great as a second course combined with other vegetables. Try it on bread as a tasty snack and on polenta.
